Selling
- List for free. Add clear photos, the length, lace, hair type and an honest condition.
- Chat with buyers. Answer questions and accept or decline offers in your inbox.
- Send it. When the order shows “Paid”, post with tracking (or hand over at collection) and add the tracking number.
- Get paid. Once the buyer confirms everything is ok, Brodie pays the full sale price plus postage to you.
Buying
- Find your wig. Browse and filter by style, condition, hair type and price.
- Ask or offer. Message the seller or make an offer.
- Buy with protection. Pay through Brodie. An 8% buyer protection fee is added to the price.
- Confirm. When it arrives as described, tap “everything is ok” and leave a review.
